The East Point Housing Authority has requested that Baker Communications present their Exceptional Customer Service training to their employees. They were seeking a training company with excellent credentials, experience working with governmental administrative groups and the ability to customize the class to meet their specific training needs. After a consultation with Baker representatives the Authority was pleased to enter a relationship with Baker Communications, requesting customized customer service training for their entire staff. Baker will design and deliver a specialized customer service workshop to address the EPHA‘s unique situation.
An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Georgia to meet with East Point Housing Authority employees. During this intensive customer service skills workshop, participants will gain practical experience using proven customer service strategies such as the 3 F‘s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them understand and resolve client issues. Attendees of this custom Exceptional Customer Service training workshop will also learn and practice using techniques such as Empathy and Active Listening to establish rapport and communicate a sense of understanding and respect.
