A Productive Meeting Skills Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Waupaca, Wisconsin to meet with ThyssenKrupp managers. Participants in this interactive meeting skills training workshop will learn about key principles of meeting agenda planning and effective interpersonal communication. Managers will have the opportunity to assess their own personality type and learn the characteristics of others, improving their communication skills. Attendees will learn techniques for managing and deescalating conflict and keeping meetings focused, allowing them to conduct more productive meetings.
