Tyler Dorsey has joined Baker Communications, where he will serve as Senior Director of Client Enablement. Prior to joining the Baker team, Dorsey worked 12 years for Dell, Inc., where he held various sales and sales management positions.

Most recently, he served Dell as Sales Strategies Consultant for Large Enterprise Americas, where he was responsible for leading the development and implementation of Go-to-Market strategies for a $4.5B business unit consisting of 5000 corporate customers. In that capacity he led the design and installment of 5 distinct coverage models to address differentiated customer opportunity, directing a 15-member cross-functional project team (HR, Finance, Business Ops, Sales Effectiveness, Marketing and Business Intelligence). These efforts delivered 30% Q/Q and 20% Y/Y revenue growth while increasing enterprise product mix by 20%. He also created and implemented a Sales Motion framework for managing and winning complex pursuits such as Flexible Computing, Unix Migration, and Cloud Computing.

In his capacity as Senior Director of Client Enablement, Dorsey will partner with clients to: 1) understand their strategic imperatives and the requisite performance improvement of their team members, and 2) determine how Baker‘s expert capabilities will enable success. Initially, he will focus primarily on developing Baker‘s worldwide relationship with Dell in support of Dell‘s global transformation efforts.
