Tom Groom, Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Realty Segment of PropertyInfo Corporation, a Stewart Corporation, one of Americas leading providers of title insurance and related services to the real estate and mortgage industries, joins Walter Rogers to explore the ways that a mobile deployment of Salesforce CRM can significantly accelerate the prospecting process. PropertyInfo is currently working with Baker Communications and Post Oak CRM, a Baker CRM consulting partner, to roll out a customized version of Salesforce CRM to run on both mobile and desktop platforms, thus providing PropertyInfo sales team members with access to real time customer data throughout the day as they travel to various customer office locations. Currently, 65 sales team members are using the new system, with a total of 350 team members scheduled to be onboard by the end of Q1 2011.
