Effective Assertiveness Training Class
The stressful demands of today’s highly competitive business climate regularly create opportunities for misunderstanding, conflict and failed lines of communication. We have a solution for these problems.
The anger
associated with such breakdowns can
spiral out of control to cause a variety
of problems within your team or organization. The best
defense a manager and a team have
against these threats is to thoroughly
understand and regularly practice proven
assertiveness skills.
Baker Communications has created a very powerful one-day Effective Assertiveness Training Class to give you and your team the ability to communicate effectively and work through difficult issues. This is done in an atmosphere of collaboration and respect. Under the guidance of our professional assertiveness trainers, you will learn how to say how you really feel and ask for what you really need in a way that protects your own sense of self-worth without threatening or disrespecting others.
This highly practice driven
class uses a variety of interactive

refine your new assertiveness skills so
that you can use them with confidence in
