The company was seeking an established training partner with the ability to focus on specific areas. Senior-Level Instructors and Presentations Experts from Baker Communications will travel to Laval, Quebec in Canada to deliver the workshop for Bells account managers. During this highly interactive training experience, participants will learn to assess their audience and tailor their address to meet the needs of their listeners, ensuring that they retain audience interest and attention. Bell account managers will also learn and practice essential public speaking techniques such as the Four Ps of Vocal Delivery, to ensure clarity and keep their delivery dynamic. Attendees will also receive individual, expert feedback from their instructors, based on ten video-recorded practice presentations delivered at strategic points in the seminar. This will allow participants to gauge their progress, see areas needing improvement, and benefit from expert coaching.
