Cox Communications, the nation‘s third-largest cable provider, has requested that Baker Communications provide Win-Win Negotiations training to their sales staff. Cox was seeking a highly-rated training partner with experience in the communications industry. Following a consultation with Baker representatives and a review of the course content, Cox Communications selected Baker‘s Win-Win Negotiations training for their employees.

A Baker Win-Win Negotiations Senior Level Training Instructor will meet with Cox employees to deliver the training session. Participants in this highly interactive negotiations workshop will gain training and practice in recognizing and overcoming many of the most common negotiation tactics, enhancing their ability to stay one step ahead throughout any negotiation process. Attendees will also learn about important negotiations strategies, such as setting expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration, and Bottom Line, helping them to appropriately handle any offers or requests for concessions.
