Sinopec Daylight Energy, Ltd., a Canadian oil and natural gas company, has selected Baker Communications deliver an Exceptional Customer Service training workshop for a mixed group of employees. The company was seeking a training partner with proven content and an interactive format that would keep participants engaged and allow them to practice new skills before implementing them on the job. A consultation with Baker representatives convinced Sinopec Daylight Energy that Baker‘s Exceptional Customer Service seminar had the core content they needed and the exercise-driven format they wanted to help their employees become more customer-focused and adept in service situations of all kinds.
 

An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor will meet with Sinopec Daylight Energy employees to deliver the workshop. During this highly interactive training event, participants will gain expertise in communicating with different personality types, giving them the ability to work more effectively with individuals of varying personality and temperament. Attendees will also learn key customer service and communication techniques, such as Active Listening, to quickly establish rapport with others and facilitate problem-solving work. Employees participating in the training program will gain a toolset of effective customer service skills that will allow them to successfully navigate customer service issues of all kinds and deliver a high-quality service experience that will leave customers satisfied.
