The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a division of the Department of Health and Human Services, has chosen Baker Communications to provide Time Management Training for their staff. The CDC was looking for an experienced training partner with the ability to adapt their program to fit their specific training needs. After meeting with Baker representatives the CDC requested the development of a customized two-day Time Management workshop based on Baker‘s curriculum.
 

A Time Management Expert and Senior Level Instructor from Baker Communications will travel to Morgantown, Virginia to meet with CDC staff. Participants in this customized interactive training event will take a Time Audit to help find hidden time-wasters. Attendees will also learn about proven time management techniques and organizational strategies such as setting goals, prioritizing, and tying activities to goals, helping them to establish and maintain their focus on the most critical and high-value tasks. The application of the techniques learned in this workshop will increase staff productivity and efficiency.
