T-Mobile was seeking an experienced presentations training partner with proven course content to assist their employees in refining their presentations skills. After a consultation and needs assessment with Baker representatives, T-Mobile requested the highly-rated Exceptional Presentations seminar to meet their training needs.
Two Senior Level Baker Communications Instructors and Exceptional Presentations Experts will travel to Dallas to meet with T-Mobile employees. Participants in this one-day, hands-on presentations training seminar will benefit from expert coaching on public speaking techniques such as the Power Position and the four P’s of vocal delivery (Projection, Pacing, Pitch, and Pauses). Attendees will also learn how to analyze their audience using a behavioral styles matrix, and deliver a performance that commands their attention and interest from the very beginning by using the ASIA presentation format.
